Application
Brush, roller or sprayer Match tool selection with finish requirements Apply wet on wet and finish by stroking/rolling in the same direction Always use the same batch number on continuous/unbroken surfaces Differences in surface structure can result in shade deviation Cold/heat can affect the viscosity of the material Material temperature when spraying min 12⁰C Condensation during drying/curing must not occur Cold and increased humidity prolong drying time, cure through and re-treatment interval Increased temperature and low humidity reduce drying time and through curing Always carry out trial treatment to check and accept adhesion and result Treatment Loose material and paint are removed by cleaning and sanding. Dirt, grime, grease and contagious material are removed with Fluren 37. Water-soluble discolouration, nicotine and soot are cleaned with Fluren 49 and treated with Iso Primer. Hard, smooth surfaces are matt sanded and primed as necessary with Fix Primer. Cracks, unevenness and holes are puttyed. New or bare cleaned wood is primed with Stop Primer. Apply 1-2 times. Some colors require additional treatments.
